This place has a quiet and wonderful view, and the bed was very clean in a new-fashioned and tidy room.

it was spotlessly clean with very helpful staff.

We only stayed here for 4 nights, as we didn't have time, even so everything was very good. The breakfast here was savoury and rich with gluten free options, fresh fruit plus salmon. The service was outstanding, no reason to complain.

We stayed in a lovely deluxe queen room with a private bathroom. The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a short walk to the golf course, restaurants, shops, and all the attractions of Bude. The service we received was excellent.

The location was central and not far from the golf course, the Bude Tunnel, town centre, and a South West Coast Path hike. The room was beautifully designed and neat, with an electric kettle, central heating, and an iron.

The location of this place is stunning, right across from a golf club where you can pay for a daily fee to play. The room was immaculate and bright, and the bathroom was good.

Tee-Side Guest House is a nice little hotel located in a lovely area near a golf course. The club house at the golf club is nearby, perfect for drinks and socializing. The rooms are modern and bright, with a lovely comfortable bed and central heating. The staff are amiable and welcoming.

We had an absolutely fantastic time at Tee-Side Guest House. The hosts, Dave and Joanne, were so thoughtful and welcoming, making us feel right at home. They were always there to help and went above and beyond with little touches like having champagne waiting for us in the fridge. The room was spotlessly clean and featured a huge, comfortable bed. The view overlooking the golf course was breathtaking. The breakfast each morning was divine with a wide variety of options to choose from. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the town center and all the amenities. we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend Tee-Side Guest House.

If I had to mention any drawbacks, I would say that the towels were a bit smaller than what we prefer, but that's just a personal preference. Additionally, the room was smaller than expected, but it was still comfortable and had everything we needed.

This place's location next to the golf club is perfect for those who enjoy golfing, the rooms are tastefully decorated and the bed is very clean, and the staff is polite and attentive.

We stayed at a B&B situated across from an amazing golf course and in a good location, close to the centre of town and not too far from the beach. the room was okay with basic facilities and nice bedding. the breakfast was satisfactory, with a good variety of options.

The hot weather made it uncomfortable to sleep and there was no air conditioning or fan available in the room.
